We roast your coffee especially for you after you order it. We don’t have a huge stockpile of coffee that was roasted last week. We are a gourmet, artisan roasting shop. We started roasting coffee for ourselves and then shared it with friends. Our friends shared it with their friends and Bean House Coffee was born. Our coffees meet high standards. We roast and brew every coffee we sell. If we won’t drink it, we won’t sell it. It’s just that simple! Want perfect coffee? It’s easy. Use 17 grams of water for every gram of coffee. Make sure your water is around 200 degrees. Brew in any device that doesn’t have a plug—V60 (my favorite), Chemex, french press, etc. If you have an iPad or iPhone, try the Bloom app. It provides timers and instructions for almost every artisan brew method. Great coffee is worth the time it takes to brew it. Of course, great coffee begins with fresh roasted beans. And fresh roasted coffee is always roasted in small batches AFTER you order, not before. That’s why our coffee is part of the perfect coffee recipe. Anything you pick up at a coffee shop or store isn’t really fresh.
